Any parent or citizen interested in the school can attend P&C meetings. However, in order to be eligible to vote on issues, you will need to become a P&C member.
To become a P&C member:

You can join the P&C at any time throughout the year, however voting rights do not commence until the meeting after your membership has been ratified. The exception to this is applications submitted at the AGM.

Download, complete and sign the 'Membership Form'.

Once the form has been completed, these can be scanned and emailed to the P&C Business Manager.

If you cannot attend the next General Meeting where your membership will be ratified, you will need to sign the additional waiver on the membership form.
Please note:
Each year at the AGM, all of the previous year's memberships lapse. New applications are accepted at the start of the meeting and voting rights commence immediately.

How can I order?
1. By using Qkr!
Uniform purchases can be easily made by using the Qkr! app.
- Use the Uniform Sizing Chart
- Junior School orders get delivered to their respective classroom.
- Middle & Senior school students collect the order from the SUB Shop.
2. In Person
Uniform purchases can be made over the counter at the SUB Shop during trading hours.

3. Via Phone
Uniform orders can also be organised over the phone. Please call (07) 3552 7367 during trading hours. Phone orders can be paid using a credit card. We can arrange to have uniform orders delivered to the Junior School.
Unfortunately, during peak trading times, it will not be possible to respond to your phone message immediately. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The Kelvin Grove State College school payments, uniforms and books (SUB Shop) is located in the new SUB shop building near GATE 3 on L'Estrange Terrace.
The SUB Shop is open every day during school terms. For any additional openings (including back to school), please click on the "Back-to-School Trading Hours' in the 'quick links'.

At the SUB Shop, uniform sales are managed by the KGSC P&C Association. All profits go back into college projects through the P&C.
The College uniform must be worn every day. The SUB Shop can meet all of your uniform needs (with exception of shoes), and also sells: school backpacks, library & chair bags and home readers. Second hand uniforms are available for purchase. Text books are distributed to students from the SUB Shop.
For your convenience STATIONERY PACKS can be purchased and they get delivered to your home within a few days. Buying a stationery pack saves you time and money. It also raises funds that benefit all students, with a percentage from each pack purchase coming back to the P&C.
