Spring Vacation Care Reminders

Welcome to another jam packed vacation care period. If you haven't already, please visit https://www.kgscpac.org/oshc-vacation-care to view the program and menu that we have planned for the next two weeks.

Reminders:

Please check your statements closely for any issues with Child Care Subsidy and alert Management as soon as possible.
Please check your emails and our facebook (www.facebook.com/KGOSHC) for additional information.
Reminder emails will be sent prior to excursions with specific requirements you may need (ie: socks, change of clothes, afternoon tea, etc).
All excursion days you must arrive to the Service prior to 7:30am.
All fees will be taken via direct debit on Thursday and may take up to 48 hours to process from your bank.

What to bring each day:

A full and healthy lunchbox (including morning tea and lunch) - NO NUTS OR NUT PRODUCTS
A refillable water bottle
Sun safe clothing (no singlets)
Hat (broad brimmed recommended)
Enclosed shoes (no thongs or slip ons)
A change of clothes

Any parent or citizen interested in the school can attend P&C meetings. However, in order to be eligible to vote on issues, you will need to become a P&C member.

To become a P&C member:

You can join the P&C at any time throughout the year, however voting rights do not commence until the meeting after your membership has been ratified. The exception to this is applications submitted at the AGM.

Download, complete and sign the 'Membership Form'.

Once the form has been completed, these can be scanned and emailed to the P&C Business Manager.

If you cannot attend the next General Meeting where your membership will be ratified, you will need to sign the additional waiver on the membership form.

Please note:

Each year at the AGM, all of the previous year's memberships lapse. New applications are accepted at the start of the meeting and voting rights commence immediately.
