Service Policy and Procedures

Please note: All service policy and procedures are reviewed annually, or as changes occur to meet the business needs.

Under Regulation 168-172, the Approved Provider must ensure that families are notified at least 14 days before policies are implemented into the Service and if any changes are made to a policy or procedure referred to in Regulation 168.

 

In keeping with our sustainable approach, our full service policy and procedure manual and documents can be located digitally on our Kiosks for easy accessibility.
