P & C Achievements 2011
Some of our completed P&C projects and joint P&C-College initiatives include: v Musical instruments to the value of $50,000 (MSG/P&C/College) v Junior school electronic whiteboards installed (JPAG/College) v College Hall flagstone area tiled (P&C/College) v Middle school Garden beds refurbishment (P&C/College) v College Middle & Senior entrances Pebble-crete v Blazers for College Representatives We have some exciting new project planned for the very near future, including: v Air Conditioning in the new Junior Library (P&C/JPAG in progress now) v Acoustic treatment of the Junior Hall (P&C OSHC pending for September holidays) v Air Conditioning in the College Library Heartfelt thanks go to the many parents who have volunteered at the College, baked hundreds of cakes and cooked thousands of sausages, made countless coffees, bought raffle tickets, sewn costumes and the many other tasks that contribute to our fundraising efforts. We can’t do any of this without you! Special thanks also to our wonderful P&C staff in the SUBshop, Tuckshop and OSHC who keep the P&C businesses running so smoothly to maintain an assured income to contribute to the benefit of the College.
P & C Planning Committee 2012
The newly formed Planning Committee will meet in September 2011 to plan P&C expenditure for the coming year. In April this year all P&C Subcommittees were asked to make suggestions on areas for proposed P&C expenditure. Ideas, suggestions and priorities must be submitted by email by 15 August 2011 to the Treasurer

. Your email should include a brief justification of your proposal and how it will benefit the College Community. The Planning Committee is tasked with developing and maintaining a rolling 5 Year Plan for all P&C activities which will incur significant expenditure. Expenditure will be considered across all P&C endeavours including QDSE, MSG, Swim Club, BOC and General P&C maintenance and College improvement.
